Payment Terms
- • Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of registration.
- • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer via TDSM.app
- • Payment Plans: Contact us to discuss payment plan options for qualifying students.
- • Promo Codes: Enter valid promo codes at checkout. Cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Refund Policy
Classroom Refunds
- • Before first class: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- • Within first week: 75% refund
- • Within first two weeks: 50% refund
- • After two weeks: No refund available
BTW Refunds
- • Before first drive: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- • After drives begin: Prorated refund for unused lessons minus $25 processing fee
- • No-shows: Lessons missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mrstreetlaw@gmail.com. Processing takes 5-10 business days.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Behind-the-Wheel Lessons
- • 24+ hours notice: Free reschedule
- • Less than 24 hours: Lesson is forfeited (counts as used)
- • No-show: Lesson is forfeited
Classroom Sessions
- • Missed Zoom sessions must be made up before course completion
- • Contact instructor to schedule makeup time
- • Excessive absences may require course restart
Transfer Policy
Students who complete our classroom program may transfer to another Washington State-certified driving school for behind-the-wheel training.
- • Transfer Fee: $25 for document preparation
- • Requirements: Must complete all 30 classroom hours and pass final exam
- • Documents Provided: DOL transfer packet, attendance records, exam results, completion certificate
- • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
Transfer requests can be initiated through your student dashboard after completing classroom requirements.
Student Responsibilities
- • Attend all scheduled Zoom sessions and complete all 30 hours of instruction
- • Complete all assigned activities, quizzes, and the final exam
- • Arrive on time for BTW lessons with valid instruction permit (if applicable)
- • Maintain honest academic conduct (no cheating, plagiarism, or sharing exam content)
- • Communicate scheduling conflicts at least 24 hours in advance
- • Maintain respectful behavior toward Mr. Law and fellow students
Important Disclaimers
No License Guarantee: Completion of this program does not guarantee issuance of a driver's license. Licensing decisions are made solely by the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) based on their requirements and testing.
Insurance Notice: Students are covered by our insurance during BTW lessons only. Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for all supervised driving practice outside of scheduled lessons.
Physical/Medical Requirements: Students must meet all DOL physical and medical requirements for licensure. We do not provide medical evaluations or certifications.
Age Requirements: Students must be at least 15 years old to enroll. Students under 18 require parent/guardian consent and signature.
